Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Sake推介之《一遊》上次食過一次後,都意猶未盡😋,因為無論餐廳環境同食物質都不錯👍🏻,話說朋友想不醉無歸,咁就叫店員介紹下sake🥃,店員推介神龍純米大吟釀,sake低溫發酵而成,有微微果香,容易入口,酒精濃度有16.8度🤪,天婦羅白子:天婦羅白子炸後外脆內軟,口感豐厚,配搭醋橘汁食,味道豐富。刺身沙律:店員紹沙律汁係師傅特別調制,入口酸酸甜甜,蕃茄仔好甜,沙律菜色澤翠綠,赤蝦算新鮮大隻,而刺身份量都多。香蔥吞拿魚腩蓉壽司卷:吞拿魚腩蓉十分新鮮,入口即溶,而翠綠既蔥段令壽司卷視角上更加吸引,兩者搭配一齊入口味道豐富,令人一口接一口。雞肉京蔥串:雞肉肉質鮮嫩,京蔥好香。鹽燒活鰻:肉質幼滑,口感結實,外層燒到少少脆口,加上醬汁一同入口,令人回味無窮。明太子烤雞串:面頭上有少少芝士,明太子唔算辣,明太子加上芝既配搭係一個完美組合。豚肉車厘茄串:豬肉片燒後唔會乾哂水,保持到有少少肉汁,車厘茄爽甜,呢個豚肉車厘茄串好好食,叫左2 round✌🏻。牛舌:牛舌同樣有驚喜💫,都叫左2 round,睇上去好厚既牛舌,以為好韌,但咬落好軟嫩同爽口,口感滑順。炸魷魚:份量多,每件都魷魚大小適中,而且入口咬

炸魷魚:份量多,每件都魷魚大小適中,而且入口咬落炸粉唔多,油膩感不重。

鴨胸肉湯蕎麥麵:鴨胸肉出奇好食,肉質幼軟,蕎麥麵質地彈牙。

Biryhday Dessert:訂台時一講左係生日慶祝,叫餐廳準備甜品,所以不在meun內,所以都有驚喜,多謝餐廳💯。

總結串燒每樣都好平均🫶🏻,師傅唔會燒到燶哂,環境環境都浪漫,適合拍拖❣️,而且sake唔算好貴,值得下次再來😎。
