To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Ocean Park is such an iconic attraction in Hong Kong so it makes sense they had some iconic dishes at the buffet like mock shark-fin soup and curry fishballs.

Curry fish balls:

Basically it was a semi buffet with a main included but the buffet has many good things to try.
Abalone puffs:

Roast beef:

Smoked salmon and seafood:

As a carbs lovers, I loved the smiley potatoes which were starchy and crispy while the fishballs were soft and springy.

There is a corner for kids to decorate cookies and desserts.

For mains had the lamb and lobster thermidor.
The lamb was soft and succulent while the lobster was springy and cheesy.
It takes a while to come so it might be wise to order earlier.
