We ordered Fresh Focaccia with Chive and Sour Cream as starter. Crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside, good texture. Subtle herbal aroma from chive.
We ordered two pasta, overall good but small portion.
First was Scialatielli with Italian Sausage, Black Pepper, Pecorino Cheese. Made with potato, chewy texture, slightly too salty for us.
Then we had the Tagliatelle Amatriciana with Guanciale, Red onion, Pecorino Cheese. The amatriciana sauce is too sweet for us and we cant really taste the pecorino cheese. Personally like the “egginess” in the tagliatelle.
