To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

It was a birthday event. We told the witness “Nicole” up front when we started the order that we definitely wanted to have usda rib eye but we wanted to order one more steak, what would be recommended…. Toward dessert time, their menu clearly says “$85 / $120 (to share)” we asked for Irish Coffee Sundaes for sharing; Nicole again asked “so you want the small or large size” “to share as your menu outlined. OMG!!

The service in this place has changed… the in-charge of the section called Joyce was another interesting character… she could not get the meaning of “horse radish cream” vs “horse radish” and we just gave up clarifying after all.

The steak was still good except for not serving on the wooden plate anymore so it gets cold easily, what a pity!!
