Service is below par. No need to try

Booked table 6 days ago for my wife birthday and at the end they said I didn't make reservation. At first they brought my wife to upstairs and they found someone was already sitting there. Then they all of the sudden said we do not have booking. Obviously they made a mistake but push all responsibily to their customers. I even showed the receptionist my caller history. The cocky receptionist did not even apologize and advised is our mistake. Ridiculous attitude and service is totally below par.

Service is as low as this means this Resturant is not even up to standard at all.
