To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日lunch突然興起hotpot，正呀 haha太古嘅溫野菜無free flow，basic lunch set有3款，揀左個$148嘅貪佢有3盤肉😝Set包嘅係昆布湯，+$20要左骨膠原柚子鹽湯，補下collagen lol 黎到嘅時候係咁嘅，d料好快會溶曬，我幾喜歡個湯底，幾特別👍🏽不過食食下會鹹左d👍🏽鍾意佢個碗有得隔水，好方便先揀左兩盤唔洗加錢嘅牛，ok啦第3盤揀左和牛肩，+$40，好味過之前嗰兩盤😋👍🏽另外個丸都幾好味，一款有wasabi，一款有cheese。特別喜歡wasabi丸。另外會有小量蔬菜，烏冬/飯同野飲。食完8成飽😝加$10有埋甜品，無影相。overall簡單得黎都唔錯Hotpot lunch後返office真係好眼瞓......
