We ordered 皮蛋香菜鴛鴦鍋 and asked for 普通辣 for the spicy side. I could smell the spicy chilli even when it was boiling and it was so easy to boil. There was a piece of leek which had absorbed the spicy chilli oil. 皮蛋香菜鍋 smelt so good of fresh coriander. The preserved egg was so fresh and of so high quality that the egg black was so elastic and transparent and the egg yolk was so intact and thick. Even the 馬蹄 were so fresh and crispy too.
We ordered a few items to share.

鮮活海蟶 was seasonal and was in stock only for Apr - Aug. Last time we tried half and this time we encored with a full portion. There were altogether 12 pieces served nicely on a big bowl with ices. The 海蟶 were very fresh and crispy. We cooked them all in the spicy broth and they tasted so good! Each of them was about 2/3 of your index finger tall. Please do consider ordering when they are still in season.

They were very fresh and some slices were pretty thick. The skin of some slices was thick and crispy too with a layer of fat between the skin and the meat. Although there were a few small scales, it was absolutely fine to us.

They were so crispy and fresh. We tried some in spicy broth and some in non-spicy broth. It seemed that they tasted better being cooked in the spicy broth and yet not being over-stimulating at all.

Quite tender and delicious! No nasty flavour of lamb at all. We cooked them in the spicy broth and this one was really quite spicy yet pretty appetising. My lips stayed 麻 for quite a while after eating.
The overall quality of the food again didn't disappoint us. Service was very efficient and attentive that we didn’t have to wait long for our orders. Seating was very comfortable and we could occupy 4-person seats on our own. Details of the dining experience were well taken care of with disposable apron provided to everyone and recommended cooking time marked on the menu. Definitely somewhere to come back from time to time.
