Seasonal appetizer
Fresh vegetable salad with sea grape, tomato etc and sudachi citrus dressing, topped with crispy Parmesan cheese.
Steamed egg custard with crab meat and topped with shaved Black truffle.
Chilean seabass cooked together with tomatoes Lily bulbs, and chanterelle mushrooms in a pouch on the teppan grill. Delicious juices all captured inside the pouch.
Australian M6 wagyu tenderloin served with sweet potato and crispy garlic pieces. Loved the garlic- perfectly cooked.
Fried rice with King crab, Chorizo, salmon roe and Japanese vegetables. Served with miso soup and pickles.
Kumamoto strawberry flambé with Condensed milk mochi and strawberry sorbet.
In summary: enjoyable lunch. Skilled chef and excellent service.
