很高興再次光顧這家日本餐廳內的鐵板燒。整個場地只能容納十多人,我們四個被安排在角落位,很適合聊天。午餐時人不多,只見到另一位客人,對我們來說很好,環境安靜,適合悠閒聊天。午餐套餐從550元起,我們四個選擇了這個套餐,價格合理,主菜可選豬肉/牛肉/魚... 我們都選了和牛。先來了一道前菜,上面鋪有芝士,味道美味。茶碗蒸再加上松露,蛋非常滑嫩,非常出色。飯用上日本米,而且用鮑魚炒飯,好好味😋和牛美味且軟嫩,不過不會油膩。鐵板燒最後有點火的表演,淋上油,再配上雪糕,非常美味。最後是咖啡。整個午餐的服務和食物質素都很高,果然是一家老牌五星級酒店。

老細請食飯食好啲鐵板燒餐牌有兩款,分別係時令套餐,同埋招牌套餐招牌套餐會貴少少,因為有鵝肝同埋係龍蝦,但係我哋既然決定食好啲,所以就揀咗招牌套餐成晚最最最最好食嘅就係個牛扒,要五成熟住得啱啱好,師傅trim得好好,完全冇筋,肉質一流,另外個鵝肝冇諗過係咁大舊,其實講真食落有啲漏,紙包牙魚都好出色,個汁好鮮,有濃郁嘅蕃茄味,個炒飯我就覺得普通咗少少,不過其實食到炒飯嗰度大家都已經飽到上心口整體嚟講食得出所有食材都係新鮮,而且師傅亦都有為我哋講解每個食材嘅產地,同埋調味方式,另外佢仲會好細心咁樣例如煎牛扒之前,問我哋需唔需要影一影個食材,我覺得呢一點都係值得讚嘅

I have visited this restaurant several times over the last 5 years and the quality has never been compromised. A must-go-to for anyone who loves private settings coupled with delicious. All chefs are very talented, and so precise in the preparation and presentation of the dishes. You can see he loves what he does and that comes through in the way he takes care of you through the evening. Always a special treat to go there. Last thing - i have visited most of the too London teppan restaurants, as a Westerner. This restaurant is head and shoulders above. A pleasure and a treat. Don’t miss it.

家人生日特別訂了他最喜歡的鐵板燒來慶祝。第一次來到The Teppanroom 食鐵板燒。環境是比較傳統的裝修,鐵板燒枱只可容納大約12人。當晚選擇了兩款套餐,兩款套餐都選了七道菜,每道菜除了好好食之外,還表現了廚師的心思、設計、風格及功力。跟以前食開的鐵板燒很不一樣, 食物上碟的時候,擺設得很漂亮,真是令人食慾大增。另外,值得一讚的是晚飯前兩天我問職員可否代訂蛋糕以便慶祝小兒生日,職員話可以幫忙安排一件甜品及寫上名字,並且是免費贈送。當晚見到蛋糕的時候,完全出乎我意料之外,沒想到免費贈送的蛋糕,會有這樣高質素的。蛋糕不但美味,而且製作精緻,還可以給我小兒一些玩意。可見餐廳每一個部門,都是用心製作,務求令每位客人感到賓至如歸。這頓晚飯,我們用了大約3小時完成。大家都非常開心、非常滿意及感到非常難忘。

同一酒店的steakhouse ,cafe 海南雞飯都超好吃,真係估唔到teppanroom 可以咁伏。點左和牛set lunch,六百幾嘅set,跟餐刺身唔好食預左,估唔到個和牛咁細而且冇油香,同一價位未試過咁差。唔算難食,不過呢個價我未試過任何一餐唔好食過佢。最嬲係一入去同佢講明太太懷孕,要留意甚麼可吃,餐飲佢直接俾咖啡,甜點直接俾白酒啫喱配雪榚,垃圾級服務 😡,任何一間有水準的餐廳都不會這樣,上次去同一間酒店steakhouse 就完全唔會有咁嘅低級錯誤

蝦, 玉米餅, 牛油果燈籠椒汁。帶有濃濃的椒味及creamy的牛油果醬,蝦味鮮甜且彈似蝦膠,滲雜香草碎吃來不膩。

菠菜沙律, 西班牙煙肉。西班牙煙肉口感紮實,油脂芬芳且帶有煙燻香氣,粒粒的南瓜籽夾著軟身的菠菜葉及新鮮磨菇片,口感豐富。

蟹肉蒸蛋。蟹肉鮮甜味滲入蛋的每分寸,加入忌廉同煮增強了幼滑口感及濃厚奶香,像極吃甜品!完全跳出了尋常蒸蛋的做法,是非常出色的一道菜。

接著的和牛,生熟度全由師傅發板,師傅表示因西冷較肥所以熟點較香。A4飛驒牛牛柳肉質鮮嫩多汁,但因瘦肉比例高,不及A3佐賀牛西冷的肥腴口感豐富。

試過逐一將兩款牛配對店方提供的5款醬料:岩鹽、wasabi、刺身豉油、 沙律醬、蘿蔔蓉。個人認為因師傅已灑了鹽花,故原味已很好,真要下醬料岩鹽也提鮮,蘿蔔蓉就清新減去油膩感。伴碟的菇片帶牛油香且夠軟熟,露筍無渣清新。

露筍牛肉炒飯。夠乾身,選用意大利雞蛋,一塊塊黃澄澄的顏色除美艷亦富濃郁蛋味。點點的芝麻帶來誘人的香氣,整體出色。伴飯的漬物有蘿蔔、青瓜、茄子,非常濕潤可口。

麵豉湯, 滑子菇。選用紅麵豉味道香濃未有過鹹,滑子菇表面滑滑的黏液很有趣。

甜品是焦糖雪梨, 雪梨酒雪葩。雪葩幼滑帶香甜梨味,底部的雪梨灑了酒搶大火燒成,軟熟無酸澀味,雪梨薄片風乾而成,咬落似玻璃薄片般清脆甜美。同是梨但以不同型態及口感呈現,味道豐富,令我想起二星The Principal的Orange Textures純玩質感但味道平凡,這裡層次更高。

雖然很飽,但仍要了latte。泡沫幼細棉密挺身,咖啡味重。

由於我們已交待了趕時間,女店員就不時著意的提醒師傅拿捏好時間,服務一流。另外每一店員的服務亦很到位。

是次用膳的經驗豈只精彩更是不凡,整個餐設計及舖排由選料、烹調、上菜、服務均一絲不苟。

吃遍了銅鑼灣、灣仔、尖沙咀的鐵板燒店,除“鉄人旨花”,這裡是最滿意的!真要二選一,唯有將心中第一位讓給The Teppanroom了。

Teppanroom燈光較暗,格調高雅,地方闊落,裝修簡單潔淨,感覺一塵不染,衛生舒適。餐廳共有三位師傅,師傅們身後擺放著多款新鮮食材及餐具,同一時間最多可容納十六位客人;座位圍繞住房中一張長鐡板,每一個角度都可以睇到廚藝表演。姐姐仔介紹主廚Robert為北京人,曾花上一年時間於法國學藝,鑽研調味,所以烹調出黎o既鐡板燒菜式極富法國色彩,下圖為師傅特別選用o既橄欖油。

長輩包場宴客,當晚最少有四位後生仔女為我地房中各人服務,斟茶、遞水、加酒、換碟、送上熱毛巾等,服侍周到,態度亦非常誠懇有禮。小肥最感動都係佢地續一為貴客們帶上圍裙
,深感餐廳有文化及衛生之餘,更覺服務貼身,值得小弟在此加以嘉許。務求客人們能夠一一品嚐大廚o既主打招牌菜,主人家早幾日已經同餐廳職員寫好合共九道餸o既餐單(餐前小食另叫);更預先編埋位,來賓只需對名入座,真係細心體貼。

!既然大廚曾赴法國深造,小肥建議餐廳可以因應食客飲o既酒叫師傅做出不同小食去配襯,黎個food pairing。

加那利群島紅蝦,茴香酒($360):紅蝦用個有柄o既鐡撐仔上,既保熱又美觀衛生,好有諗頭。師傅解說話蝦頭多膏,所以個汁主要用蝦膏加上茴香酒調製,雖則如此,個汁一啲都唔溜,其香濃度亦冇蓋過紅蝦本身o既鮮甜味,可稱為絕配!可惜伴碟o既蒜蓉多士就唔多夠熱,而且比較硬
,其濃味又搶去紅蝦o既鮮味,XO仔建議餐廳轉用普通法包,簡單得黎效果會更佳。

鐡板炒什菜($120):炒什菜中有百合、荷蘭豆、荀、蕃茄及野菌等,講真視菜為敵人o既小肥真係唔係幾識欣賞,只係覺得啲荀好爽脆,同埋啲野菌幾野味。

綠茶海鮮炒飯($90):用綠茶炒飯,聽落都覺得唔傳統;師傅強調炒飯過程中冇落蛋,而且除咗白米之外,飯底仲溝咗啲糙米,咬落口感會豐富啲,食落又會健康啲!用綠茶同橄欖油煮製o既海鮮炒飯好夠乾身,白米粒加糙米粒煙煙韌韌,雖然冇落蛋去炒,但仍不失香口;撈埋面頭隻太陽鵪鶉蛋黎食,綠茶味清得黎增添濕潤香滑,毫不油膩,令人讚嘆不已

長輩請客,小肥唔好意思問埋單幾錢,不過姐姐仔透露包場最低消費為HK$25,000 + 10%,所以每位都要過二千蚊架,出名慳家o既小肥聽到心中當然係嚇咗一跳啦
!不過客觀評論,Teppanroom屬五星級酒店內之高級食肆,無論係環境、服務、衛生、食材等,全屬優質頂級,以二千多元食到肚滿腸肥,當中不乏越洋搜羅之新鮮蔬果海鮮,加上大廚自家研製之烹調組合及獨門調味秘方,食盡法日新口味,價錢其實都算係幾合理架啦!最後,長輩們叮囑XO仔要喺食評當中特別讚揚Teppanroom個抽氣系統非常好
,女士們離開時無一不讚,話大家都係第一次食完鐡板燒居然個身唔會留下一大陣油煙味!
