To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上星期突然之間發現有flash sale ，當然不遑多讓即買即試吓這間米芝連意大利餐廳雖然沒有坐近窗口位，而且當時天氣不太好，但也不減退環境舒適嘅feeling 和令人so chill 既時刻當酸種麵包遇上olive oil 和醋，簡直美味配搭，況且這裡有4種味道嘅olive oil 給客人選擇，可以話味道濃淡自選前菜係劍魚、肉質比較結實，蘸上醬汁都可口，只是妹妹仔不喜歡魚嘅肉質，所以真係各有各喜好羊奶芝士螺絲粉惹味，薄薄的羊奶芝士帶著清淡嘅羊酥味，正😄合我心意芝士蘆筍意大利飯賣相美好，蘆筍鮮甜，只是飯粒需要一定牙力主菜既質素也不錯👍🏻將咖啡沙冰混合tiramisu 一齊食，別有一番風味總括來講：四道菜都可口美味，而份量也十足，基本上係食主菜前已飽了7成，令無法食哂成碟主菜，有點兒可惜另外值得一讃就係服務一流，有賓至如歸
