Restaurant: Poke Go (漆咸道南)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 開始做Gym後出街食野都只會簡啲健康野食,而pokebowl就係最好味又唔邪惡之選!So far食過5-6間pokebowl,呢間我覺得係調味、新鮮度、分量黎講都係最好既!今次做完Gym黎唔使等位,仲可以坐響wall painting side,平時晚飯時間起碼等半小時TT每次我都會簡build your own bowl,貪佢可以簡哂啲健康既配料。 三文魚同吞拿魚都好新鮮,調味夠,配料溫度合適(試過食pokebowl啲食物全部係冰既,好似岩岩係雪櫃拎出黎咁),分量岩岩洽到好處,平時食半半啲飯都係食唔哂。 塊炸蓮藕片好好食,好想encore!!朋友話見到啲配料好吸引LOL 🌟Tips:想自己掌握調味既話可以request醬料另上~餐廳另收加一服務費
