To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早前到St.Regis Hotel Staycation 套餐包左早餐 可以順帶一試呢間米芝蓮餐廳每張枱面都有一set果醬 當中無花果果醬係較為少見 味道亦都唔錯 唔係死甜佢地嘅早餐係semi buffet型式 有一杯餐飲叫左Latte 冇咩咖啡味 今次揀左網上最多人揀嘅中式早餐中式早餐可以揀鮑魚雞粥或帶子瑤柱粥鮑魚都幾大粒 好易咬 好食啲雞都嫩滑唔係驚為天人 但都屬於中上另外會有一set點心有龍蝦春卷 蝦餃燒賣 同糯米雞當中最出色嘅係龍蝦春卷 好香脆蝦餃燒賣就都冇咩特別 不過不失糯米雞就比較差啲喇 啲飯太黏 亦冇咩餡另外有啲沙律 水果 pastry 乳酪 果汁等自助型式享用總括黎講： Staycation早餐黎講係好出色 服務亦都好好 員工好親切 但如果特登比錢黎食 就未必會喇
