To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向走高價路線的grand hyatt steakhouse 當然係steak愛好者的不二之選. 今次係食生日飯,預先已經book好位, 今次安排坐係閣樓, 由於時間比較早, 所以現場人數不多, 閣樓比較冷靜很適合小聚。另外: waiter 服務好好, 能夠留意每位客人需要,而且好耐心等解答客人問題。garlic bread: 係free, 外脆內軟, 蒜蓉及香草配合得宜, 要注意係千祈唔好掛住傾偈攤凍左先食, 凍左會變得硬身, 唔好食。Tuna Tartare: 吞拿魚他他, 上層配上用牛油果和青瓜做成的salad, 青瓜清甜牛油果質感濃滑, 一啖連埋吞拿魚一齊食, 味道真係好夾。Crab cake: 一如以往好食, 煎香外層,裡面就係鮮甜蟹肉, 出色的係外層一o的都唔油, 蟹餅多數會配上酸酸甜甜沙律醬一齊食, 不過我個人喜愛原汁原味o的, 直接食出蟹肉的鮮甜味. 由於我地2個女仔, 所以今次order 了2款細size (6oz.)的US steak, 分別係tenderloin 和Strip loin. medium rare, 兩款steak 味道口感不錯,steakhouse

由於我地2個女仔, 所以今次order 了2款細size (6oz.)的US steak, 分別係tenderloin 和Strip loin. medium rare, 兩款steak 味道口感不錯,steakhouse食扒一向有質數,唔會再形容肉質粗糙/太軟身之類, 只係取決於個人口味, tenderloin比較厚實少少, 反而令我地喜出望外係較便宜的strip loin,比較岩我地口味. 肉味香濃, 加上炭燒味道真係好正, 比較推介strip loin.   醬汁方面, 有法國/英國等芥末 和其他醬料,由於我個人不太喜愛食醬汁, 所以我只係試了芥末, 但我覺得steak不用點醬已經好好味, 有時醬料會cover左原先的肉味.  配菜方面,我地點左Sweet Potato Fries (蕃薯條) , 蕃薯比薯仔好食同健康, 蕃薯甜味比較重而且唔油, 想飽肚o的可以選擇蕃薯條, 但2個女仔,其實食2塊steak已經好足夠.

最後, 甜品點了最有名的apple crumble 作結, 其實都幾大份, 可以3-4個人share都可以.
