前菜吃了這麼多,終於來到是日的主角Steak Omakase Selected Cuts。甫踏進餐廳,就可看到餐廳自設的熟成櫃,將頂級牛肉進行乾式熟成的處理,讓牛肉本身的天然風味更加集中,肉質也會變得更軟嫩。

店員會幫忙燒肉,確保火候控制適中,完全不用擔心,亦很主動更換烤網,服務一流💓 肉品分別有熟成醬油牛肋骨、和牛羽下肉、是日熟成牛肉和韓國五花肉

沒想到甜品也是驚喜十足,是菠蘿果乾伴蜂巢雪糕,這個組合倒是第一次嘗試,完全帶來了新鮮感🍍可以先吃一口原味雪糕,一口伴滴垂的蜂蜜來吃,一口再加入菠蘿果乾,層次感很豐富。蜂巢清甜軟糯,配雪糕來吃剛剛好,一試難忘
