Carlo Riva (Closed)

We had made reservation for 1pm for party of 12 from on the day before. And we had arrived at 1pm. They didn't have our table ready, and we had waited for another 30mins before we were seated. It was disappointed to say the least. We found out they had to make more soup because they had ran out. Our steaks had some bitterness because of the deep grill marks. Dessert was typical didn't give us a wow factor. Perhaps it is new I believe service could use some improvement.
