The linguini with tomato sauce was very tasty and the portion size was okay. We were offered a soup and didn’t know it wasn’t included with the set and when the soup arrived it was small and good - cream of mushroom soup, but they charged us $28 for it which is overpriced!! The service was a bit slow as we had to remind him several times to being the pepper.

點了一客chicken masala rice及一客mushroom penne.
mushroom penne有點洗潔精味 及 chicken masala十分之乾 完全沒有咖哩汁拌飯
應該改名為dry chicken masala

先不說一個lunch set $78 + 10% service charge 已經算貴
食物味道十分普遍, 完全沒有"好食!" 的感覺

其中一女侍應服務態度更十分惡劣, 我仲食緊一碟mushroom penne, 她突然走過來在我的mushroom penne上扔下她手上的垃圾
再問我: 呢碟收得啦呵?

真係唔該晒你喎, 你都扔左D垃圾落我碟意粉到啦, 你食俾我睇呀?

同行朋友為外國人, 她向一男侍應說英語, 男侍應不明白朋友說的英語卻回答說OK
結果我需要再向該男侍應用中文解釋多一次
如果聽不明白英語請問你OK些什麼? 基於一個基本成年人行為來說 已十分有問題
你可以叫其他懂英語的侍應過來幫你而不是草草了事說OK
若我跟你說 Can we have this lobster for free? 你也會說OK 是吧?

一餐午飯遇上2個問題侍應, 我對此餐廳的未來真是充滿擔心
如此"意大利"餐廳卻提供茶餐廳式服務 (其實有些茶餐廳的服務態度比你們還要好), 真是大開眼界。

一班朋友聚會,想食西餐,飲下酒。今天訂了這間Carlo Riva。環境舒適,很舒服,可以慢慢傾計,沙律頭盤配搭很好,沙律醬味道剛剛好,頭盤已有驚喜,白菌湯很濃郁,但不膩,連面包也是很軟熟,主菜牛扒烹調得剛剛好,雞胸亦很軟,很好味,最後的豬扒也很好味。服務亦很好,天氣凍,每隻新換給食客的碟都已加熱,令食物溫度有所保持。另外有老闆很健談,加上可以很輕鬆在此環境下與朋友談天說地,星期五晚的這一晚餐真的很滿足。

呢排成日打邊爐打到有一點膩,今日就約一樣愛食扒的朋友嚟到呢間試試佢餐廳環境幾大,感覺幾開揚舒服,原來樓上仲有一層先來了一杯白酒配海鮮,仲會跟埋餐包,餐包好軟綿熱辣辣白酒幾清甜好易入口,配來白酒煮青口好夾,青口好新鮮,加上用蒜片跟香草煮好惹味到主菜係肥美鮮甜龍蝦,用咗燒焗去做,多一份薰香,龍蝦啖啖肉又夠爽口彈牙,仲帶出香草味另一主菜係牛扒,上檯時已有點驚喜,最愛牛扒煎得兩邊微焦但中間仲好粉嫩,入口果然沒失望,沒筋又夠嫩腍,牛味仲好出,配埋紅酒真美味甜品是朱古力心太軟,一切開啲朱古力醬就湧出嚟好流心,另外仲配了一球雲呢嗱雪糕,好滿足!!

總結,食物整體質素不俗,但未算有太大驚喜,店內環境舒適,很有節日氣氛,座位不會太迫,侍應態度亦殷勤有禮,個人意為蠻適合約會晚飯,起碼不怕情話被鄰桌食客聽到。

結帳時才知道原來每次消費都會送贈$100現金券可以下次使用,只要在午餐時段四人或以上,或晚餐時段二人或以上就可以使用。

USDA prime OP rib - As Xmas was just once a year, we decided to feast on ourselves and ordered their tomahawk range. It was in 30oz, which was enough for 3 person. The serving was indeed huge, with baked potatoes at the side. Baked potatoes were soft and meaty. We requested for medium, and was done nicely. The edges were charred and have the charred taste. The meat was tender and juicy, goes well with the sauce provided.

General is okay but don't understand why they put steak on top of the creamy smash potato..really not my type. Plus creamy soup, cheese bread, literally too much creamy stuff. Also the atmosphere is not that cosy found it too bright and loud. A bit overpriced too..Hope it will improve a bit but won't go again for the time being.

早幾日個客約左我喺呢到食lunch。黎之前都有上OpenRice睇吓啲comment ,見有幾個都講得佢幾差,但冇辦法啦個客請食飯,咪當睇吓係咪純粹有人惡意攻擊定係真係咁差囉。佢lunch menu有好多選擇,春雞、魚同多款不同扒類。個客揀咗份扒餐(約$3xx)包個semi buffet salad,我就就咁食個semi buffet ($138) 冇要main course. 見佢有啲扒餐可以去到差唔多五舊水,格局同感覺唔似可以收如此價錢😲先上一個蘑菇湯(然後我喺個salad bar度攞咗兩個麵包)。湯 - 味道有啲怪怪地好似有少少燶味再加小小怪味😟。個包咬左一啖.. 味道怪到連個客同我講嘢我都黎唔切反應,好似放左好耐有陣霉味咁😨質地也不似麵包了。而係呢個時候,個客點嘅牛扒亦隨即送到,個客話呢間野幾好,塊扒唔錯食材又新鮮。我只能回應😶喔..!salad bar選擇好少都係嗰啲菜,少量ham,有一個唔知咩蝦同埋青口,仲有d日式八爪魚,螺肉同海蜇嗰啲。我見望落去都好似唔係太新鮮,嗰盤浸住啲唔知水定油嘅蝦😵見到都唔開胃所以我一隻都冇攞。我夾左兩隻青口,少少菜啊薯仔沙律咁。入正題喇😤嗰隻青口

早幾日個客約左我喺呢到食lunch。黎之前都有上OpenRice睇吓啲comment ,見有幾個都講得佢幾差,但冇辦法啦個客請食飯,咪當睇吓係咪純粹有人惡意攻擊定係真係咁差囉。
佢lunch menu有好多選擇,春雞、魚同多款不同扒類。個客揀咗份扒餐(約$3xx)包個semi buffet salad,我就就咁食個semi buffet ($138) 冇要main course. 見佢有啲扒餐可以去到差唔多五舊水,格局同感覺唔似可以收如此價錢😲
先上一個蘑菇湯(然後我喺個salad bar度攞咗兩個麵包)。湯 - 味道有啲怪怪地好似有少少燶味再加小小怪味😟。個包咬左一啖.. 味道怪到連個客同我講嘢我都黎唔切反應,好似放左好耐有陣霉味咁😨質地也不似麵包了。
而係呢個時候,個客點嘅牛扒亦隨即送到,個客話呢間野幾好,塊扒唔錯食材又新鮮。我只能回應😶喔..!
salad bar選擇好少都係嗰啲菜,少量ham,有一個唔知咩蝦同埋青口,仲有d日式八爪魚,螺肉同海蜇嗰啲。
我見望落去都好似唔係太新鮮,嗰盤浸住啲唔知水定油嘅蝦😵見到都唔開胃所以我一隻都冇攞。我夾左兩隻青口,少少菜啊薯仔沙律咁。
入正題喇😤嗰隻青口入面中間有執草😒我已經...唉!跟住我喺側邊切左dd肉出嚟食🤢🤢臭嘅!我即刻lur都lur唔切,然後嗰陣味喺個口到停留左好耐🤢😭

螺肉又有一舊黑咗,就連粟米, 紅椒嗰啲都可以見佢個樣唔新鮮。我都唔夠膽再食。最後上咗杯咖啡都勉強飲得落囗嘅😞
唔知係咪我'凝'住,覺得好似連張枱都臭

因為個客請我食飯,所以我選擇唔出聲⋯⋯
同時我亦覺得佢哋冇可能唔知道啲食物有問題,一樣都仲可以當你真係唔知,咁多樣都係咁就係挑戰緊客人嘅味覺!希望我唔會肚痾啦😩😩😩
咁樣做生意真係....唉!

Had a late lunch with family here. Service was good and so were the food. For their set meal, they offered unlimited drinks, appetizer and dessert. I had the Canadian ribeye dish. Cooked as I requested. The owner/manager personally greeted and checked up on us. Will definitely dine here again!
