今年慶祝生日,揀咗啲間想試咗好耐,係The Repulse Bay 嘅 Verandah。之前食過半島酒店個間,食物同服務都好好,係淺水灣呢間都唔例外。秉承淺水灣酒店的高雅氣派,餐廳嘅外圍已經有好多歐陸式嘅打卡位;入囗既噴水池、後面出去既wooden spiral staircase、中亭嘅歐陸式花園。六月到八月佢哋有個Summer Sunday Rosé Wine Brunch Buffet。係semi-buffet形式;appetisers & soup 同desserts 都係buffet, 而main就揀選一款;有牛、豬、魚同素。Appetisers: 有好多款式嘅海鮮 ,芝士,cold cut。推介海鮮有蟹腳、鮑魚、青口、帶子、蝦。所有都好鮮味,補得好快。另外佢哋既海鮮湯都係必試。海鮮味濃郁又唔係太鹹,仲有大大嚿嘅龍蝦肉。Main: 我揀咗牛,幾tender,好香嘅牛味。加埋特制既汁,酸酸甜甜,幾開胃。Desserts: 有各款嘅蛋糕,soufflé ,chocolate fondue,Movenpick 雪糕。一定滿足到甜品控。總括嚟講,$838 (加一)一個人,算幾扺食。
