It wasn’t my birthday but my friend picked this restaurant to fulfilled my cravings for crab🦀🦀🦀I actually didn’t ordered or had a chance to look at the menu at all so I didn’t know what to expected... thinking it was a Chinese seafood restaurant with crab of some sort ...stupid me!Bread and foie gras ball: love it especially the stick like one( sorry I dunno the official name) Beef Carpaccio: yummy! Not too dry or salty with a hint of olive oil Prime beef: juicy and tender , cannot ask for more

Tuk Tuk clams: I thought it would be very hard and chewy but it was surprisingly soft and juicy!
Lobster soup expresso: very high price point but it tastes like 麥奀記wonton soup base... ?! God knows why... 🤔🤔🤔
Sea Urchin angel hair: al dente but not super impressive coz I had tried same dish somewhere else with bigger portion
Mud crab rice: 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I wish I can eat the whole plate myself! Warning: must eat when it’s super hot 🔥🔥🔥or else rice tends to sticks together and becomes too chewy! Dunno if inspiration is from 糯米焗蟹Paella ?!
Profiteroles: 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️not a fans of dessert but this is awesome! Puff with iced fresh cream center and caramel sauce to accentuate the taste, hair like sugar that adds a crispy texture that goes well with the puffs... excuse me ! I almost licked all the sauce from the plate...😂😂😂😂
Miso icecream with a cake of 3 layers: light with apple and 2 other layers that I forgot ... yummy anyways but not as surprising as the Profiteroles!
Yes, it’s a luxury dinner but it worth it! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
#big eater can consider eating some snacks before you come or u will need a late night snack later 😭😭😭
