To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

閨蜜約食lunch，佢揀咗旺角T.O.P. 嘅西餐廳喺門口望入去已經覺得空間感夠，入埋去，環境舒服，仲有半圓高身梳化， 傾計唔怕隔離聽到，用咗雲石檯面，更加高貴😊叫咗兩個lunch set包湯或者沙律。甘筍湯，夠creamy， 味道恰到好處。沙律菜，新鮮。炭燒美國安格斯肉眼扒伴薯仔及芥末叫咗五成熟，送上枱已經香噴噴，好香炭燒味。肉眼扒燒成一格格嘅網紋，齋睇已經夠吸引。 好易切，唔會話有血水，肉眼扒夠juicy，鎖住肉汁，完全冇破壞原有肉質質感鮮拆松葉蟹肉及有機牛油果意大利飯有塊微微燒焦嘅芝士伏在一堆蟹肉上面， 仲有啲車厘茄伴着意大利飯，呢個畫面已經幾吸引。啖啖松葉蟹肉，唔使自己拆殼，爽 意大利飯味道濃沃伴牛油果，夠曬健康喺咁舒服嘅環境下，好想食個甜品 每人加咗啲錢加多個甜品焦糖芭菲，蘋果肉桂甜度適中，擺放精緻仲有一人一杯餐飲， 舒舒服服食咗個lunch。呢度仲有空中花園，有興致可以出去食嘢， 應該幾寫意。
