The pork neck meat has bites yet juice.

The marinated minced pork packs with flavours which is the best friend to the fluffy plain white rice.

This rice is very tasty yet value for money.

Large portion.Definitely can be shared by two people.

There are three cuts of the beef.

All of them are cooked perfectly with right textures.

The beef is tender

Tendo is not too soft nor rubbery yet has bites.

The texture of the shank is in between of the other two.

However, the thick noodles stick to the teeth when you give a bite to them.So it is better order other types of noodles instead of this thick noodles.

This is one of the most popular Taiwanese street food(esp in Taiwanese night market)."

This fried chicken is not too salty which is a common mistake of many street foods or snacks.

The chicken breast coated with sweet potato powder instead of flour made butter which creates a unique extra crunchy texture to it.

Yet tender and not rubbery nor greasy.

The egg white turns brown as it soaks up all the flavours and color of the mixture.

As the result, the eggs are rich in flavours with a hint of refreshing tea leaves aroma.

This restaurant uses the premium Ceylon black tea leaves from Sri Lanka(斯里蘭卡錫蘭紅茶)

The bubbles had right hardness. They are soft, chewy, sticky, bouncy and springy.

Not too sweet.

A thick layer of foam on the top of the drink makes it ultra smooth.
