To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢排成日買外賣,所以都好鍾意四出搜尋平、靚、正嘅嘢食,牛涮銅係心水選擇之一。以前淨係可以入去打邊爐,雖然都係百幾二百蚊任食,但感覺就係要聚會、盡地一舖暴食先會入去,而家外賣時短鍋,幾十年就食到打邊爐喇,絕對係我呢啲細胃王嘅福音。最鍾意佢個椰子雞同埋和風牛肉。椰子雞入面每次都係雞髀嚟,絕無欺場;雞肉夠滑,湯底清甜,仲有一片蕃茄、幾款菇同好多菜添,感覺好健康,想減肥又想食邊爐野揀呢款就Perfect,食完都冇罪惡感。而和風牛肉湯底就好甜,令到牛肉味更加突出,會忍唔住飲多兩啖;至於配料就款款鍋都係一樣,所以都好夠菜食,夠晒均衡呀。
