今晚食西班牙私房菜,以Tapas 為主打,簡約嘅裝修,檯與檯之間有足夠嘅空間,十分舒適薯仔沙律先來一個薯仔沙律,細細碟,簡簡單單嘅沙律,蒜味濃郁,十分開胃Pa Amb Tomàquet係蒜蓉蕃茄多士,多士切𢦓一條條,焗到脆卜卜,上面仲鋪滿蒜蓉及蕃茄,脆得來又不會太乾Tapas 開始Tuna Tart Tart吞拿魚他他,清爽嘅青瓜加牛油果粒鋪底,兩種好唔同嘅食材增加了層次感,上面再加上吞拿魚,都係一個開胃小食Scalope with Garlic Parsley Oil碟底鋪上海鹽,帶子連殼上,打開殻,就見到超大隻又肥美肉厚嘅帶子,上面仲有好多蒜茸同油,一問之下,原來有芫茜油、蒜油及橄欖油,好鮮甜Pork Belly with Asparagus一向怕肥,好少食豬腩肉,呢個煎啲油已經出晒,好吸引,一層皮一層肥膏一層肉,皮香脆,肉嫩滑,加上蘆筍同mustard,令成碟嘢倉落無咁油膩Grilled Cuttlefish with Green Alioli一粒粒嘅魷魚,配上由蕃西蒜蓉打成泡沫狀嘅醬,好特別,魷魚粒彈牙,其實魷魚粒本身已經好鮮甜,就咁食都好好味Garlic Shrimp in
