Yesterday was my colleagues last day and he shared with us Paul Lafayet cakes. They all looked fantastic but I wasnt particularly fond of sweet food. All in all, I like this dessert by Paul Lagayet. I look forward to try its other cakes. But just that they are quite expensive... Can only do once in a while
