A very nice Omakase meal featuring tempura. The renowned two-Michelin starred tempura restaurant from Sapporo, Hokkaido has opened in Hong Kong 2-3 months ago in an exquisite building, which is perfect for omakase meal as it’s tiny, with 7 or 8 seats max.

All the fish and shrimps dishes were done just right. The fried shrimp head was so good and so light that we ate that entirely right away. The sweet corn was a pleasant surprise and could tell the chef’s craftsmanship in using his knife and the perfect balance of the batter to hold the corn together. Everything was delicate and light while making you full. Can’t finish the homemade ice cream at the end. The 90-degree bow by the chef and the server when we left was very respectful and following the Japanese etiquette.
