白咖喱烏冬🍛野菜 $98見到外表咁雪白嘅鮮奶油,唔講唔知~ 其實只係用薯仔做出嚟,而裡面就係咖喱喇!頂部加上馬鈴薯奶油泡沫,當咖喱湯被充分攪拌時,它會變成奶油咖喱烏冬🤤而野菜都俾得唔少㗎,仲要用蒜蓉炒香過安格斯牛肉月見蛋🥚 $138牛肉嘅生熟大概控制到三到五成之間,撈埋隻橙色嘅蛋黃液,中和咗入口嘅油膩感,而我更喜歡佢哋嘅白飯口感,令成個體驗昇華食得Tera,當然就知道佢哋嘅甜品係出自法國藍帶廚師嘅手勢,天氣咁熱,我哋嗌咗個刨冰做飯後甜品,呢款係期間限定嘅楊枝甘露味🥭$128睇圖好似細細地一個,仲擔心唔夠食,但原來出到嚟好大下,同另一間專做刨冰嘅甜品屋嘅質地唔同,佢再打得碎啲,咬落去爽囗碎身嘅,感覺更消暑‼️最仲要係啲咩,每個煮食可以另加$16升級套餐,可以揀沙律或漬菜,麵豉湯或飲品$42或樓下嘅唔需要補差價😱試咗一杯幾特別嘅熱飲豆腐花咖啡,個底真係佈滿豆腐花碎㗎,奶啡比例感覺比latte小奶,面頭打咗層泡,比Cappuccino更順口Espresso Tonic (+$10) 呢杯除咗好飲之外就係超大杯🤩🤩
