I made a booking through Openrice and I definitely informed the staff while I arrived. The waitress checked their booking list and I believed that they would mark my attendance record correctly.However, they marked as “no-show” after a few days. I made a booking through Openrice and I definitely informed the staff while I arrived. The waitress checked their booking list and I believed that they would mark my attendance record correctly.

However, they marked as “no-show” after a few days. I called them by phone from 18:30-19:30 continuously, but no one answered.

I tried contact them by social media platform messenger. They kept saying “we’re away and can’t respond right now”. I can’t see they made effort on fixing this problem occurred by their staff.

I waited them for 3 working days. Finally, the problem is fixed because I contacted Openrice by MYSELF.

The ramen was OKAY. The slow cooked chicken leg is quite good but not impressive.
The fried bread was extremely chewy and tough.

No comment on Pork and cheese roll tempura since I couldn’t taste the meat while eating it. Maybe I should appreciate the chef’s knife skills on slicing?

Last but not least, it’s just like eating in an oven, even we ate inside because all the seats are arranged in an open area.
