I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to slow service, particularly from a waiter with dyed brown hair. It took an excessive amount of time to get the attention of any waiter to address issues like replacing a grill plate. The 90-minute dining restriction felt restrictive, especially considering the delays we experienced in getting the burnt plate replaced and in the overall ordering and serving process.
