Waited for a whole hour for the food to arrive. Staff told us unapologetically that chicken burger would take that long to make and we are expected to wait. When the food eventually arrived there’s a fly flying around our burger. Tried to speak to the manager but was plainly refused. Clearly a lot of issues with kitchen/hygiene/team management. Suggest to try only if you have at least 1.5 hours to spare.
