To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. They have established their name for couple of years and this was my second time visiting after some years. My comment still doesn’t change much: visit once in a while. The ramen was decent and tasted as it should be. But it somehow lacked the element that could bring me back. It was kinda too expected 🧐 The broth was rich but not memorable like something you would find in any shop. This 𝗞𝘂𝗺𝗮 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻 🍜 included two different charsiu. The ramen was decent and tasted as it should be. But it somehow lacked the element that could bring me back. It was kinda too expected 🧐 The broth was rich but not memorable like something you would find in any shop. This 𝗞𝘂𝗺𝗮 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻 🍜 included two different charsiu. I love the aburi one for its char while the regular one was very tender that almost melted in mouth👍🏼 But the egg was so overcooked that it was nearly well-done.
