It really shows when a business is founded with passion. Chaiwala is one such place.It is a fairly new entry to a street full of restaurants.The entry is into a saloon themed bar called Hugger Mugger, the decor is full of rustic Indian elements and matches some of the finest restaurants of India.The place is a must visit of you want to try authentic north Indian cuisine.The dishes remain true to the balanced Indian flavours.We visited with a large group and were served with lots of courtesy and sharply dressed and styled waiting staff. We ordered a lot of vegetarian and non vegetarian starters and each of the dish was true to the name.
