As usual, location and view in iSquare restaurants are great. I’ve dined in almost all of the restaurants there above 23/F. To my surprise this restaurant has the worst service ever. As usual, location and view in iSquare restaurants are great. I’ve dined in almost all of the restaurants there above 23/F. To my surprise this restaurant has the worst service ever. It was extremely difficult to find someone to take our orders. We wanted to add drinks and more food, but the waiter was very very rude. He even tried to turn his back to us and not come near our table again.
After we had seafood I tried to ask 2 of the waiter/waitress to change our plates but never happened. They didn’t take away our empty plates. When our last dish arrived, 3rd waiter just passed it in my hand and walked off right away. I had to hold the dish while my friends couldn’t figure out how to find a spot on the table.
I think a 90 minutes buffet in Mongkok that costs $198 gave way better service than this
