Instead of Ramen, how about some Mazesoba😋Think this is the only Mazesoba place in town so I can’t really tell if they are good or not but I like them anyway. Unlike traditional Lo Mein, Mazesoba’s ingredients are more interesting. The one I ordered comes with minced meat, seaweed, garlic, green onion, bamboo shoot, grinded saba fish and topped with a hot spring egg. Then you mix them together, it’s like eating minced meat salad with ramen cos of all the raw ingredients😋I really like the marinated minced meat, its so yummy, it’s the soul of the entire dish but you have to really mix it with the noodles, otherwise it well be quite salty. I also like how chewy the noodles are.

Ive always like this place, cos of the rich and heaviness of their noodles but I reckon some people might find them a tad salty but if you’ve not tried Mazesoba? Worth trying.
