My friend finally returned to HK after a long time, so we had binlo dinner tgt. .For the soup base, we ordered their recommended Fish Maw Chicken Soup Pot. Containing lots of collagen, the fish maw was mellow. The chicken was tender. Looking appetising with its golden colour, the broth tasted rich and sweet. Among all dishes, I liked the Handmade Ball Platter the most. It included shrimp ball with crab roe, beefball with cheese, cuttlefish ball with truffle, meatball with spinach and mud carp ball. Presented colourfully, the balls were meaty, and the beefball was cheesy.
The Dumplings Platter included shrimp wanton, leaks and meat dumplings, bean leaves and scallops dumplings, black truffle and crab dumplings and kurobota pork and crab roe dumplings. The stuffing was generous and its skin was thin and silky.
The White Sea Cucumber Meat and Red Sea Cucumber Meat was fresh and chewy. It became tiny after boiling, so some of them vainished after we put them into the pot😂.
