uma nota a brazilian - japanese fusion restaurant. sounds pretty interesting huh?well. to begin our night ofcourse we need alcohol. we went for their japanese styled cocktails (rozu & menina geisha)dont forget to scan their QR code to join their benefit card to receive a free drink off anything on their menu. (except whiskey). We never say no to cheese. So for our starters we ordered their brazillian tapioca & cheese dices. and not sure if we were just super hungry but we loved it. It wasn't too

We never say no to cheese. So for our starters we ordered their brazillian tapioca & cheese dices. and not sure if we were just super hungry but we loved it. It wasn't too filling, just the perfect size. Uma Nota is famous for their skewers and yes we are not joking. It was so good!! I would say my favorite dishes of the night. We ordered the chicken and octopus skewers. both just as good. but personally think its a bit pricey. ($90 for 2)

One thing we saw on the menu that took us by surprise was the banana doce (fried banana with crab meat & sour cream), banana and crabmeat?! who would have ever thought of thiscombination. but i liked it. the banana goes super well with the crab meat. and there was a decent amount of crab meat too.
