The variety is too limited when compare with other Japanese buffect. There are only sushi, sashimi, crab legs, beef hotpot, frying beef (with smelly lamb taste), tampura, miso soup, melting ice-cream ( since no refrigerator to keep it frozen), not more than 5 hot dishes (not attractive nor delicious ). Very soon, you need to repeat all the food again since there are no more new varities for you to try. The only things that is good is the high quality of sashimi. After 2 round of eating the same kinds of food, you already got fed up and you want to leave.

And the places for getting food is at the corridor inside the restaurant, very very crowded. The whole restaurant has no window, that means no view at all. You can never imagine a 5 star hotel like Grand Hyatt can have such a restarant that has no view at all. It really doesn't worth $860 ($780+10%), it only worth $480. I won't go there again and I won't recomand my friends to go either.
