I stayed at the Langham Hotel and was able to dine in the beautiful restaurant for lunch.As I don’t speak Cantonese, it is usually hard for me to visit authentic Dim Sum places, as sometimes the waiters cannot speak English.However in this restaurant, the staff spoke fluent English to me and they treated me very nicely. I felt welcomed and safe here.The food was very good.My favorite dish was “XO醬煎腸粉- Pan-fried rice flour rolls with homemade spicy sauce”.I had XO SoySauce for the first time. It

The food was very good.
My favorite dish was “XO醬煎腸粉- Pan-fried rice flour rolls with homemade spicy sauce”.
I had XO SoySauce for the first time. It had a deep flavor and felt very comforting to eat.
I also tried many other items such as pork buns and noodles. Everything was filling and cooked perfectly.
I could not finish eating the last plate, so the waiter kindly made a takeout box for me so that I can eat them later when I get home.
