To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 外面就似豪裝茶餐廳,VIP房嘅裝修/裝飾都幾得意,但好近廁所,打開門時,隱約聞到香精味橙味蓮藕圈($55)蓮藕圈好爽,味道好橙,太橙,太新穎,接受唔到。叉燒雖然汁好味,但豬肉太瘦,有啲韌。火燙燒鵝皇($200/半隻)火燙住啲燒鵝,唔怕食食下啲肥油變啫喱,味道同肉質都OK上湯蒜子浸豆苗($118)菜一碟,無咩好評唔記得咗係咩,好似係牛柳粒,留不下印象,即係不過不失杏汁燉潤肺湯($298/6位)因為要預訂,好大期望,點知佢杏味唔夠香,仲有少少稀,好失望呢。清蒸老虎斑新鮮魚,生熟剛剛好,食蒸魚都係求呢兩點啫。
