To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黎Cordis食過幾次,明閣啊西餐啊早餐都食過,今次黎食Lunch Buffet,之前做左佢地既Member,所以有個生日優惠買一送一,好抵食😆Lunch Buffet $438pp (+$58pp任飲紅白汽酒果汁啤酒)呢度既野食選擇唔算超級多,但係每樣試啲已經足以令你飽到上心口…首先梗係要去拎海鮮先啦😂生蠔每人每次只可以拎3隻,會擺埋係隻碟到俾你,生蠔都幾新鮮,食落幾鮮甜🦪至於凍海鮮就有凍蝦,青口,螺同龍蝦鉗,龍蝦鉗好好食,雖然食落有啲麻煩,但係我哋都食咗好多隻🦞螺都幾新鮮,唔錯😂凍蝦同青口就比較一般! 刺身就有八爪魚,三文魚,鯛魚同希靈魚,我就最中意食希靈魚😆食完一碟又一碟🙈食完凍嘢梗係要食返啲熱嘢啦!熱食方面有點心,蒸魚,牛腩,豬手,雞卷,串燒,燒牛扒等…但係整體水平一般,唔係特別好食,全部都比較普通,有待改善☹️甜品部份選擇都算ok,當中最多人拎就係榴蓮布甸麵包😆佢每次岀爐既份量唔算太多,要拎就要快手,味道係真係幾好食,麵包烘到外脆內軟,榴蓮味唔會太重,幾滿意🙈仲有個台式芋圓仙草凍,呢個就正常啦冇咩特別😂有個焦糖燉蛋都幾好食,栗子奶凍同芒果奶凍都唔錯👍🏻雪糕就係Movenpick

甜品部份選擇都算ok,當中最多人拎就係榴蓮布甸麵包😆佢每次岀爐既份量唔算太多,要拎就要快手,味道係真係幾好食,麵包烘到外脆內軟,榴蓮味唔會太重,幾滿意🙈仲有個台式芋圓仙草凍,呢個就正常啦冇咩特別😂有個焦糖燉蛋都幾好食,栗子奶凍同芒果奶凍都唔錯👍🏻雪糕就係Movenpick,有8種口味,由於太飽既關係淨係食左熱情果雪葩,好味道😗
