why pork chop so sweet?!

it was moved from Electric rd to this location replacing 天后叻沙. as what another openrice fellow said, more expensive n less tasty. $32 pork chop/排骨擔擔面+豆漿排骨 - soft but pressed until so thin, n the outter starch fried layer was sweeten but not the bbq honey lovely style , I had goose bumps when something not supposed to be sweet!擔擔面 - except the spicyness, not much other taste i could get, got only soooo little aroma of peanuts豆漿 - just like other free 豆漿 available from any other stall, no qualit

i wonder why can "ah so" recommend this store....

i was supposed to buy take-away dumping from an old local congee / fried noodle store from another side of electric road (near to city garden hotel, opposite to hang seng bank) but too far~ sadly.... no pain no gain!!!
