To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大廚好煮意,抵食 酒樓]疫情之下喺屋企煮咗好耐飯仔又有段時間冇同媽媽出街食飯,於是今晚就同老婆、媽媽嚟咗富臨開餐。酒樓位置交通方便,長沙灣地鐵站行過嚟亦只是三、四分鐘路程。出發前上網check過,酒樓近排做緊Promotion,脆皮炸子雞 $68,其它小菜、海鮮、燉湯⋯性價比都好高!認真抵食。脆皮炸子雞我最喜歡嘅一道菜,單睇賣相已經相當吸引。皮脆肉嫩,色、香、味齊,加上炸到剛剛好,唔覺唔覺食咗好多件,推介之選。豉蒜涼瓜炒牛肉炒得好香口,涼瓜入口帶甘,牛肉份量唔少,肉質爽滑,醬汁味濃帶豉蒜味,正。鮮腐竹浸菜心菜心新鮮易入口,菜夠大碟,配以特濃上湯,清爽可口。大廚手勢,街坊價錢,嚟酒樓食絕對平過去餐廳食或自己煮,食物出品一啲都唔馬夫,坐得舒服,食得盡興,去富臨都係個唔錯嘅選擇。
