Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

坐在大安茶冰廳能感受到新舊交融，產生出來的化學作用。 今日和朋友去品嚐一下他們推薦的舊式冰廳，門面、室內裝修都很懷舊，看到餐牌似曾相識但內容卻不一樣。牛面頰羅宋燴通粉，牛面頰肉質林滑，通粉被濃厚的羅宋湯包裏著，好滋味。Latte 有著淡淡的果香，幼滑順口，在茶餐廳飲到一杯拉花的咖啡感受有點不同。啡立刻（Horlick Coffee)完全冇諗過這個配搭，味道不錯，不常飲咖啡的人也可試試。焦糖蛋撻 樣子精美，味道不錯，以懷舊情懷 精緻食品來迎合新一代的顧客。
