To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. I used OpenRice to order take away for dinner. When I ordered, it stated that the restaurant pick up time was until 9:30pm. So I believed the restaurant opened until 9:30pm, and ordered ~8:30pm.I walked to the restaurant after paying online. When I arrived there around the expected pick-up time(~9:00pm), the restaurant staff told me that they’re closed! And said they didn’t accept the order! Asked me to cancel the order myself! 😡If you are closed, why it is still available to order takeaway? 😡I

I walked to the restaurant after paying online. When I arrived there around the expected pick-up time(~9:00pm), the restaurant staff told me that they’re closed! And said they didn’t accept the order! Asked me to cancel the order myself! 😡


If you are closed, why it is still available to order takeaway? 😡I submitted my order around 8:30, and I waited until 9:00. During this period of time, no one called me and inform that they’re closing!! Doesn’t make sense at all! The attitude of the staff was also impolite!


諗住用OpenRice 叫定外賣自取，見到餐廳取餐時間去到9:30pm，好耐冇食過印尼菜，好開心咁快快手落單，揀埋”盡快取餐”。


俾完錢後行過去，到差唔多預計取餐時間到達餐廳，餐廳職員竟然話佢哋要關門！跟住話佢冇接受訂單！叫我自己取消訂單！😡


既然你係關門，點解仲要接受外賣？而且我落單都係8:00幾，我等到9:00幾一個電話都冇通知餐廳要關門！根本唔make sense! 當然職員態度亦唔好！講到好似係我問題！😡
