To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我們又去吃廚師發辦啦🤭!!! 我們特別愛吃廚師發辦,因為不但可以慢慢品嚐到高質菜式,又可以與師傅交流一下,每次都學到好多東西,學習了好多日本魚鮮知識。 鮨燐的晚市廚師向來不錯,今晚full house,非常受歡迎。廚師發辦有2款,價錢為 $1680 和 $1880,我們要了$1880的廚師發辦。 前菜有蟹肉腐皮、蓮藕片、蕃薯芝士。腐皮好有豆香,加上蟹肉好美味。 剝皮魚、活赤貝、鰤魚、黑鯥魚、鮟鱇魚肝、鰹魚刺身,全部都好新鮮呀😍。活赤貝好爽脆,鮟鱇魚肝好甜,入口就化。 深海池魚、牡丹蝦、北寄貝、帆立貝、左口魚邊、海膽壽司,全部都好好食呀😋。深海池魚好肥美,帆立貝好厚肉,海膽好甜,正! 味噌湯好甜,好好喝咖! 最後的抹茶奶凍都好正,又滑又有抹茶香。
