While strolling around Tsim Sha Tsui, I stumbled upon a Korean restaurant with a long queue outside. Curious, I decided to give it a try, and honestly, it felt like I was transported straight to Korea with the authentic vibes and flavors.

First up, we tried the Seafood Pancake ($149). It was generously packed with fresh seafood, with a crispy edge and a soft, chewy center. The dipping sauce complemented it perfectly, bringing out the savory seafood flavors. It’s a classic done right.

Next, we had the Braised Pig Trotters ($310). The portion was quite generous, perfect for sharing. The trotters were tender, flavorful, and well-marinated, with a rich, slightly sweet soy-based sauce. The gelatinous texture might not be for everyone, but if you’re into authentic Korean dishes, this one’s a must-try.

Lastly, the Clam Deonjang Stew ($103) was a comforting bowl of umami goodness. The soybean paste broth was rich and aromatic, with fresh clams adding a briny kick. It paired wonderfully with the steamed rice and was perfect for a rainy day.
