近排返工真係好忙,忙到成日都冇時間食晏晝,不過好彩返工都有班好嘅戰友,所以今晚就決定食好啲,慶祝一下最忙碌嘅時間已經過去,於是我一早就訂咗呢間餐廳,因為大家都話呢度有靚景,環境又夠寫意,加埋嘢食好食得來,打卡又靚。結果坐低,真係覺得網上面嘅評價完全冇誇大,呢度有分室內位同室外位,我地選左坐室內,覺得會舒適d,有冷氣嘆,最緊要呢度係望到維港景色㗎!我地今次request坐bar table,好彩ja,呢到d bartender好風趣,令我地呢餐飯增加咗唔少笑聲。我話鍾意比較sour嘅飲品,bartender推薦我飲woohoo what a day,原來入邊有Tequila,更加有coconut syrup,超好味。朋友就要左if not now, when?,裡面有pandan infused gin同japanese shiso liqeur,pandan味好重。兩杯其實都好靚!前菜我就要咗一個hamachi ceviche,佢個醬汁調得勁好味,又柚子、Wasabi同埋青檸,加埋hamachi一齊食係超正,擺盤仲要好吸引。我朋友就揀咗要beef tartare。我欣賞呢度個bone

前菜我就要咗一個hamachi ceviche,佢個醬汁調得勁好味,又柚子、Wasabi同埋青檸,加埋hamachi一齊食係超正,擺盤仲要好吸引。我朋友就揀咗要beef tartare。我欣賞呢度個bone marrow唔會太大份,所以唔會覺得太油膩,而且d chips完全冇油膱味,係一個好正嘅appetizer!

主菜我地share左一個baked sambal慢煮black cod,條魚真係好滑,入口即溶,醬汁亦都調配得好好,當然蔬菜都烤得剛剛好,有少少脆口,但係甜味就迫晒出嚟。之後就要做一個闊蛋麵嘅八爪魚,八爪魚嘅口感好正,加埋個pad thai crab sauce有啲甜甜地,但係唔會太潔身,令到人真係會想食完一啖又一啖。

後來食嘢之後我哋都上咗去天台度chill咗一陣,而家唔係太夜嘅天氣真係好正!
