之前同朋友食過一次,佢的炒蜆令人回味無窮!所以今次要再encore!Book左六點半,好快就有位啦!我哋同上次一樣點左以下食物:馬介休:葡國美食必點啦!馬介休新鮮整出嚟非常熱啊,難得非常有魚味但唔會腥!炒蜆:炒蜆主角出場!不過…同我地上次食嘅餐好遠!上次隻隻蜆都非常好肉大大粒!但係今次啲蜆肉薄到喊!得層皮咁!可能蜆唔當造卦?個個食一粒都講一次'真係好薄呀d蜆?!"期間侍應附上熱辣辣豬仔包,我諗係成餐飯最好味嘅食物!麵包非常鬆軟,點炒蜆嘅汁食真係一流!令我點左芝士拼盤送麵包,都不錯!只是很好味另外點了rib eye同烤牛排,我們點了五成熟,但最終好似八成熟上碟⋯兩舊肉都比較乾同冇乜汁,比旺角的豉油西餐牛扒還要差!雖然薯條熱辣辣好味,但都挽救不到對這碟食物的印象!最後上場的烤魷魚,算是不錯!不會太韌,切起來還是有少少汁。總括而言,短期內不會再來!因為實在太失望,可能到夏季再來是一次炒蜆,希望不會太差吧!

都唔係第一次講,若在氹仔食葡菜的話,「葡國美食天地」絕對是我的首選。上個月去澳門也是以此店為終點站。此店的最大強項是燒烤食品。這次吃了充滿鹹香又有咬口的燒排骨,配埋薯條便成夢幻組合。我也愛吃其馬介休球,細細粒但吃出一絲絲的馬介休。其實這裏的葡式海鮮飯也是一絕,但這餐不想吃兩個主菜,選個製法相近但便宜多的蕃茄飯當主食,再加個沙律,完美!呢間店真的很多人光顧,最好訂位才去。如果像我單人匹馬(真的好少人會像我般在晚市一個人幫襯),又不想訂位的話,最好是在非假日、剛開店的頭十分鐘內前往,才有一線生機。

This was not MY first traditional portuguese food experience, I am portuguese.But i did bring with me a few friends and they had their first contact with this cuisine. And they loved it.I booked a table for 5 for 20:30 because it was the only time available (this place is very crowded). And we had the table set by the window. The food was great and remember to order clams as apetizers, they are delicious.
The portions are quite big so be ready to eat as much as you can.
Just when I was about to ask out for our main courses they all started just slide onto our table. one by one filling all the space in a glorious display of hot and frangrant food.

The same can be said about Hong Kong, when the Colonial British state also helped us to establish our own slightly British affected Culture indeed. This revisit to A Petisqueira with a Michelin Guide Mention was a little different from before indeed, the food was less oily and salty than before. Surprisingly the portion of food also increased! 之前一天在附近吃了一次O Santo讓我差一點就對葡式餐廳徹底失望。好在我們來了這一家。餐廳名字難記又難念,但是非常值得吃看看。 首先麵包溫暖,外脆內軟。沾上牛油和橄欖油就非常好吃。 House Wine 500cc, (50cl), 只要70MOP,非常好喝,我知道葡萄牙餐酒性價比高,但這次讓我印象深刻。竟然只是紙盒包裝,性價比有多高!!  第一道菜是炸鱈魚薯泥。比我想像中小很多,不過味道不錯。 照片附上手指方便尺寸比對。 又叫了一份Portuguese Sauted Clams。比昨天在另一家餐廳更好吃。  不只味道更香,每只clam都肥肥大大。沒有一只不開,100% 呈現在眼前。如此境界需要最適當火侯的掌握,又要配合海鮮的新鮮,最佳的季節等等。簡直是天時地裡人和!可以說是這輩子吃到最好吃的clams 最後一道是煎牛小排。火侯的掌握也不錯(如圖)。女兒說好吃,但個人可能飽了,所以覺得還可以。 整體說來,有意想不到的收穫。

 不只味道更香,每只clam都肥肥大大。沒有一只不開,100% 呈現在眼前。如此境界需要最適當火侯的掌握,又要配合海鮮的新鮮,最佳的季節等等。簡直是天時地裡人和!可以說是這輩子吃到最好吃的clams

一大窩的海鮮飯上桌時飄來陣陣香氣,雖看不見大堆頭的配料,但看起來仍是吸引的。急不及待吃一口,有很濃的咖喱粉味,味道酷像星洲炒米,還要是很油的那種,太重口味的關係,最後未能完成。花這價錢吃的飯,期望會好一點點。

在澳門吃萄國菜大多都沒有免費的水提供,雖有點作感冒,但還是抵不住誘惑來半Jar西班牙果酒。這兒的果酒只有檸檬浸泡,果味甚弱之餘酒味亦淡,像在喝汽水多過酒,令人失望。

整頓飯連加一埋單約MOP440,不知是否被香港的美食寵慣了,見這兒在Openrice的萄菜中也是算是數一數二的,惟試過後卻覺得水準真是普普通通,價錢亦偏貴,大抵不會再來了。

I really like going to Macau for the food. Although it is a small place, there is good food that you can't find in Hong Kong around every corner. Portuguese food for example is so rare in HK.  I heard A Petisqueira is always busy, but my buddy and I arrived kinda late for lunch, at about 1400, so we had no problem getting in. Environment & Hygiene:The decor was kinda outdated and random; fake fruit hanging everywhere, animal head on the wall, red & white checked table clothes, what a classic! Ha

Next up was our Codfish Cakes ($40). This dish was surprisinly good.
I find that cod balls are either tasteless or too salty, but these were just right! The fish gave it the saltiness it needed, and the mushy mashed potatoes gave it a nice smooth texture. An order had 3 of these delicious little cakes.

Last but not least, was our Spanish Paella ($14X). The Spanish paella and Portuguese paella were both one of their popular dishes, but we chose the Spanish one because the rice wouldn't be as wet as the Portuguese paella. This delicious paella was served in a steaming hot wok, with a decent amount of seafood in it. 
 The rice was seasoned perfectly and was very flavourful. Did all of the yellow colouring come from saffron? or did they add in some tumeric powder, since whatever spice it was made our tongues slightly numb towards the end. Anyhow, this was a very good tasting paella!

Final Verdict:
Both of us really liked the food, and were glad that we visited! It is definitely worth visiting. 
 Also, we left with a full stomach and it only cost us each about $100.

,雖然有兩三隻吃到有沙,清洗得似乎不夠徹底,問題也不太大。但那些全瘦走肥的豬肉就真的不太好了,肉質粗嚡,感覺欠佳
。這都怪自己貪心
,做了一個錯誤的決定,以「豬肉炒蜆」代替簡單的炒蜆,以致有這樣的感覺,下次還是剩吃炒蜆好了。

葡國餐廳一向都是沒有免費清水供應的,與其喝礦泉水,那不如喝支葡國汽水好了。兩夫妻都叫了菠蘿味汽水做飲品。這牌子的菠蘿味汽水以前自己也在澳門另一間葡國餐廳喝過,這次再嚐,清新可喜的味道,感覺仍然不錯。
