以自助午餐來講,總體種類都幾多,每樣有少少,比我來之前想像中多,但食左兩三輪後再想選擇不多,海鮮種類算少,刺身無,勝在燒烤和各類即點即煮野食,而且有幾種可個人化料理,整體比我感覺還好。

過左黎澳門住一晚,第二朝當然要喺酒店嘆個早餐,先有度假嘅感覺。鳴詩早午晚都有提供自助餐,早餐供應時間由早上7點至11點,比其他酒店都算幾長時間。一入到餐廳就覺得好大好闊落,好舒服。不過可能店員為左方便serve客人,主要都安排客人坐中間嘅area。早餐都有好多唔同種類嘅選擇,有Salad Bar、麵包、各式各樣嘅Cheese同生果,Pastry。熱食主要係湯粉麵,西式仲有自選材料嘅Omelette、Bacon、牛肉腸 etc. 。可能因為早餐唔會食得太多,所以唔覺得有咩特別,普普通通。比較喜歡嘅係葡撻,整得幾好食。仲有唔同種類嘅新鮮果汁。

p.s. 熱食水準好像退步了。雖然這個價錢不算貴,但在澳門,以同樣價錢絶對可吃到更高水準的自助餐。

做了兩日巴黎人,食而無味。四季都要去四季酒店的鳴詩開餐。由巴黎人的3樓,可以直達四季酒店。由喧鬧而回復平靜,由飲食沙漠回到綠洲。鳴詩的龍蝦十分鮮味,配蛋黃醬一絕,是自助餐的首選。次選是凍檸檬花茶,用上價的紅茶,味道獨特。芒果汁亦濃郁清甜。甜品是澳門雙絕:葡撻和木槺布甸。前者熱烘烘,後者奶味超突出。玩在巴黎人,住在威尼斯人,食必在四季。賭博太多則會害人!

而且係新鮮即開,所以味道超級鮮甜!
開邊凍龍蝦嘅肉質非常新鮮同爽口彈牙!
長腳蟹嘅肉質相當鮮味彈牙,
味道唔會好鹹!吞拿魚他他係將吞拿魚表面輕輕燒過,
令到吞拿魚嘅外層微熱,入面仲係冰凍嫩滑嘅刺身,令到口感相當豐富!
清蒸海上鮮蒸嘅時間控制得啱啱好,所以肉質非常鮮甜嫩滑!
甜品嘅款式種類眾多,賣相好精緻吸引,特別係心形馬卡龍,

It has not been an easy decision to write about this fantastic restaurant. On one hand, I wanted to keep it as a secret. Since finding a good restaurant in Macau that does not get run-over by tourists is no easy task. This place is located within the Four Seasons Hotel, which is adjacent to the Venetians. For whatever reasons, the tourists flooded the Venetians but stayed clear of the Four Seasons.
I had lunch on two occasions and the place was barely half occupied. The quality and service, as you would expect, were excellent. You can have a buffet style soup, salad, and dessert for $160, (including all you can eat lobster claws), or add an entree for another $60. What a bargain for a 5-star eating experience.  Almost forgot, their egg tarts are worth every calories.  I tried to limit myself to one but eneded up eating three.

The restaurant starts serving lunch at 12 noon. I arrived 15 minutes early. Supervisor Kenneth extended his hospitality by seating me and taking my beverage order. Kenneth also recommend the braised beef, which was exceptional. i really appreciate his service. Keep up the good work
!
The only suggestion that I would make is to replace the "sweet corn soup," which reminds me of the food court type of Chinese fast food.

心形的馬於龍好看又好吃,外脆內鬆化。朱古力撻、梅子酒啫哩、雲呢拿奶凍、紅莓忌廉杯等,是我們試過覺得好食的。

我們一開始便說,在這兒遇上了令人驚喜的元素。原來,鳴詩每逢周日都會推出一系列「驚喜菜餚」,更會不時更換款式。服務員每隨一段時間,便會將神秘美食或飲品送到客人座位上。不過我們覺得驚喜的,是因為這些美食質素之高,令人回味。但正因為不是無限任食,才顯得它們矜貴吧?

當日吃了有機農場雞蛋配三文魚醬、白露筍意式燴飯配龍蝦、煎鴨肝多士配無花果醬、燒賣點心、扒和牛西冷配松露菌燒汁(這就是上文提到更驚喜的牛肉!)、法式焗杏仁奶包配朱古力、香檳沙冰等等。全部都色、香、味俱全,每一樣都不能錯過!

注意,驚喜美食只在 Sunday Brunch 供應;平日是沒有的。

上一次到鳴詩是因為威尼斯人的早餐太難食所以我們走到隔離的四季酒店找早餐今次入住四季酒店又有機會歎這裡的美味早餐欣賞這裡的款式非常豐富印度, 中式, 西式, 日本料理而且一坐下, 侍者會問你喝什麼茶或果汁果汁是即榨, 絕不加任何糖水除了多款蛋糕還有提供大量麵包果占, Nutella!單是葡撻, 已經可以吃兩個中式有自選粉麵或粥日式有冷麵, 前菜, 麵豉湯及飯基本上是不夠位試盡所以食物這裡環境舒適得兩天早上, 我們都花數小時在這裡期待下次去澳門再住四季酒店
