已經不是第一次到凱旋軒,為什麼一再光顧?因為點心好吃,另外這兒的燒腩仔實在不可錯過。先說說不可不吃的燒腩仔,皮脆肉嫩,吃時加少許糖和芥辣,簡直是人間極品。雖然邪惡指數極高,但實在吃到不能停口。至於其他的點心,也味道好質素高。最愛吃這兒的各式餃子,如蝦餃,蝦肉爽口彈牙,其他類型的餃子也很出色,相信是因為食材質素高。這次我們便一共點了三款餃子,除蝦餃外,其餘兩款的名字忘記了,但都好吃。煎腸粉和釀青椒也不錯,唯一覺得不太好吃的是滷水雞神豆腐,雞神很硬,而且不太入味。這兒環境舒適,是一家人喝茶吃點心的好選擇。

颱風前夕,一家人飲茶先顧及車位問題,因酒店有代客泊車服務,因此就選這家試試。在眾多點心當中,必選應該是蝦餃吧!這裏的蝦餃,其饀內鮮蝦爽口彈牙,惜澄麵皮略厚了點,但仍稱得上合格。鮮蝦脆脆腸粉,內脆不韌,蝦新鮮,比合格再好一點。鹹水角,淡而無味,而且饀少,它竟然近乎空心的。奶黃包,用甘荀汁做皮,而流沙做到流而不膩,可是包的皮質有點實和乾,真的失敗。醃青瓜,明顯沒有用拍刀手法處理,青瓜缺少坑紋以吸收更多的醋液,加上吃得出用上平價陳醋,再加沒有辣味的辣椒油以取代指天椒,未免差得太遠吧!啫啫通菜,上菜時蝦醬味撲鼻而來,可惜入口淡而無味,應該蝦醬貨色次劣,敗筆!蚝仔烙,是全桌最成功的菜,蠔仔鮮味再加蛋香,不俗!紫薯桂花糕,上層桂花啫喱還可以,下層紫薯糕無味,不吃無損失!由於價錢中等,不想花時間等位置的也可考慮!

因為假期,買到太遲的船票,到達澳門碼頭已是二時幾,我們計劃去凱旋軒,一來未去過,二來永利軒及美高梅金殿堂一定無位,我們先上永利專車,到永利門口過對面,就是凱旋門酒店。一般中式裝飾,因沒有訂枱,要等一張枱,坐不到大廳,要往隔隣FUNCTION ROOM,當日天氣幾冷,但裏面又熱又焗,我們脫掉所有外衣,只剩T恤,問侍應,佢話空調壞咗,正在修理中。拿過點心紙,無特別的點心,所以叫二個小菜加白飯-XO醬豬肉炒翠玉瓜,蒜香春筍炒班粒(每碟約$70幾元),小炒幾香口,有鑊氣,春筍以為是竹筍,不知是是菜莖或是瓜是一種,但爽口及甜; 再叫三文魚批$38,有洋蔥裏面,幾鬆化。

本來想去永利軒、但太肚餓、因入住凱旋門關系、就去試試。叫了三樣點心:$30野菌素餃 — 超好食、起初以為素會無咩味、點知好鮮好好食。$30鮮奶雪影飽 — 都好食、新鮮又熱。$30蟹肉撻 — ok啦、無乜印象。最後叫左個清湯牛坑腩窩河($98)、影唔到相、因為D待應要分開上比我地........... 牛腩係坑腩、味濃有咬口、湯竟然有藥材味,好食。順帶一提、無叫蝦餃燒賣係因為呢間酒樓無!問過夥計佢話係成日轉點心款的、大廚跟時令做、小弟當日食只有約十種點心提供。待應服務可以、會同你斟茶(睇到個陣)。p.s.最後一提食滿$300會有$50現金卷一張、剛好鄰桌埋單位靚仔遊客主動比左張現金卷我地、真係多謝佢。
