以鮮嫩牛小排蓋在壽司飯上,略為火炙一下,最後上韓式甜品醬汁。韓式醬汁較日式燒汁甜,不過鹹味亦足,牛肉的鮮甜味道足以被帶出,肉質嫩滑不帶雜筋,可惜壽司飯粒煮得焾身了點,不夠彈牙,影響整體表現。

預期是牛味濃郁及重麵醬味,怎料端到跟前看到的湯色淺淡,入口只有輕輕的牛肉味道,鹹味略有不足,不能說它難喝,但味道太淡,跟想像中的濃湯頗有落差。

上圖肉眼排肉色嫣紅,脂肪分佈平均,約半寸厚,賣相悅目。每邊燒上約分半鐘,便達至八分熟的效果,沾上韓色燒肉汁,味道不俗,但畧嫌牛味不足,從油花及肉的紋理推斷,估計產自紐西蘭,而產自該國的牛肉,一向肉味不及美國牛肉,但相對油份較少,比較健康,而質地則跟美國及澳洲牛肉同樣焾滑。

說它是麵其實並不盡然,因為它並非以小麥製作,蒟蒻粉才是它的主要材料。蒟蒻高纖低熱量,是相當健康的食品,而且它十分飽肚,減肥人士的欣物!這麵的汁底做得酸甜適中,温度冰凍,在吃過烤肉後以它作主食,有如置身三温暖,泡過熱水,再泡冷水,感覺刺激,同時在吃過肥膩烤肉過後,來點酸酸甜甜的食物,消膩甚佳。

非常多種類的牛肉之中,全部的牛肉都很IMPRESS,鬆軟得來有肉味,加上配菜份量極多,我們3人也吃不完。所以這2人餐,絕對可供4人吃!十分抵食~

秋風起,韓燒好好味,今日興致勃勃又同sy到澳門去發洩一下,把近來的不快拋之腦後。這次我地選定了新麻浦,晚市既新麻浦座無虛席,好彩我地都唔使等好耐就入到去坐低。韓國餐泡菜唔少得,我地一坐低,服務員就拎左幾款前菜比我地,當中呢個金針茹就較為出色,口感爽滑,有小小牛油味,甜絲絲的感覺,點滴在心頭。而另外幾款前菜就不過不失,在此不作介紹了。在芸芸的食品之中,我地揀左呢幾種,護心肉,牛肋排,菠蘿同埋大磨茹,先講護心肉啦,肉質嫩滑,牛肉味都幾重,味道在口腔來回返滾,不錯不錯。牛肋排比較大塊,燒完要剪成小塊進食,可能我地先進食護心肉的關係,呢個牛肋排就相對地較厚身,沒那麼如絲般入口,在我而言,牛肋排就一般般。菠蘿甜,磨茹鮮,我可以咁樣形容,每樣只有6塊,對2個人既食量黎講就相當足夠,但三五知己過黎既話,就須點多1份啦。Last 我地仲點多1份海鮮豆腐鍋刺激下我地既味蕾,呢個鍋略嫌辣道不足,但對喜好清淡些既朋友黎講,又不失為一個好的選擇。豆腐鍋,用料足,只是辣道不足而已。好食物可以令人心景變得開朗,經過這餐後,煩惱不見了,向著巴黎人出發,繼續旅程。

店員會即場製作炒飯。煮好炒飯醬汁之後加上飯去炒,令飯充分融合泡菜味醬汁,再加入紫菜炒,最後用蛋漿包圍炒飯,絕對係手工之作。食既時候由外到內將蛋同炒飯同時入口,滑蛋既中間會食到泡菜既辣味,十分刺激。

估唔到今次巴黎人之行搵到間韓國餐廳,相信下次去澳門除左賭,還要記得新麻蒲。

據悉新麻蒲係澳門開分店,一向我都對新麻蒲印象唔錯,決定同朋友去試下澳門既新麻蒲。

仲有個飯團,顏色好靚,蟹籽都足料。估唔到既係,竟然店員咁都幫我地撈埋,可能佢怕我地唔識撈。仲好左一個個波比我地,更易入口。

煎餅煎得好脆,而且充滿海鮮,入口非常香口,又唔會好油膩。

因為澳門分店要跟足韓國要求,Beef用上Prime的質素,醃料及醬汁全部韓國空運回來,完全食到韓國的質素,以後要食正宗新麻蒲可以近近地去澳門了。
