八蠔吧 (已搬遷) 新店位置

Tried the oyster bar for the first time yesterday, the selection of French oysters was fantastic and carefully curated.Coupled with a cozy environment and friendly service crew, it was a great place to spend the evening with a few friends!

居然讓我在open rice找到一間食生蠔超讚的店子。由於店子座落的地區不是旅遊地區，所以可以享受到一餐超值又超美味的晚餐。由於是以生蠔為主的食肆，所以蠔是必選。用膳當晚，店員Chris推薦的Ostra Regal，蠔身飽滿，群邊爽口，真是非常美味，旋即取代我的致愛Gillardeau的位置。原本以為食生蠔地方，其他食物應該是一般的，抱住不會太差的心情order了Iberico Bellota Ham、Crispy Bird Wings(太美味，忘記讓手機食先)、Kilpatrick Oyster 和Rib Eye，居然不錯。Crispy wings是外酥內軟，完全不會因為是炸而變得又乾又硬;牛扒完全做到medium rare，連side dish的薯條也是一絶，是個人極力推薦的一道菜式。最後，如果胃還有空間，就要試一試John signature 的甜品了。

很少在香港食倒咁正的生蠔，新開業，有香港生蠔始祖John開蠔，值得推介！老婆生日特別帶埋一家三口一齊試下，小朋友又有好 juicy的pork chop, pasta,, 食到十分滿足，最後再加碼食多兩隻頂級法國生蠔，超滿足！

Second time we visited and had dinner with the colleagues. The recommended choices of oysters are so great. Very warm and welcoming place we enjoyed the evening very much. Lots of laughters. Love the pork chops. definitely will be a third time.

我爱吃生蚝。在这里，每一个生蚝都是生蚝大王，约翰精挑细选，亲手开。我喜欢不沾酱，一开就吃才能尝到生蚝的鲜味和那海水咸，仿佛置身在大海洋。我个人也蛮喜欢半生熟小羊排，调味恰到好处，羊肉鲜甜!炸鸡翅也非常入味，只是感觉再炸多一分钟才上锅就十全十美了。餐厅面积不大，环境却很舒服。服务员，罗宾态度很友善，但有时话多了点。。上回我去时，冷气有点坏了不冷，希望修好了。如果想喝酒还能自己带，不收开瓶费!不知道是不是永久不收。。

本人對生蠔情有獨鍾，但香港食蠔出色嘅地方買少見少；但皇天不負有心人😝上環開左間蠔王主理嘅蠔吧，即刻約埋班蠔友去試試。蠔吧地方不算大，但勝在環境舒適，服務又好，岩晒三五知己把酒食蠔。主角出場，生蠔係蠔王即開，好新鮮，又肥美，啖啖肉，小小海水味，加d檸汁黑椒，真係好滿足😌😌雖然地段不算就腳，但為左食好嘢，值得嘅!

Been there twice already for dinner, oysters are absolute stellar !!! Besides oyster all other food is good well, especially love the chowder, wings and pork chop and steak are all exceptional! Will definitely be back again soon. Service was great and cozy restaurant. Thanks for great food and service

perfect place to have a small date with wife. we ended up with a dozen and half of oysters (they are very fresh and juicy) and beef salad and prime steak. they are well cooked and delicious as well. we definitely will come back again. look forward to try the other foods on the menu.it cost us about hkd1.5k and mainly because we killed 18oysters by just two of us.

I never thought the best oysters i'd ever eat would be in the middle of the city, really high quality. The steak was great too with a lovely rich gravy on the side. A popular place for tv stars i think because of all the famous faces on the "press wall", A very cosy oyster house

Had dinner with friends at this lovely restaurant and the food was delicious. We had two kinds of fresh oyster, baked oysters, lamb chops, chicken wings, garlic bread, beef steak and the creme brûlée. I am impressed at the food quality and planning the next visit soon. This place is ideal for a small private party as well.

had the oysters, oyster chowder and linguine here, all very fresh and they taste great. like the decor of the place, very simplistic and created an excellent ambience. absolutely loved it.

Absolutely delicious food! I dined with my friends and we had a great time - the oysters were the freshest, sweet and had a texture I really enjoyed, the steak was juicy and tender, all the food we had satisfied our palate well Atmosphere and service was great. Would definitely come back with my friends and family. 

The oysters are juicy! They taste great, one of the best I have eaten so far actually. Would recommend this place to anyone, the service is good and I love the atmosphere over here. Pleasant experience so far, will visit again soon.

Very fresh oysters, probably the best in HONG kong. We ordered oysters, garlic bread, chicken wing, pork chop, lamb chop, steak and spaghetti. A top class restaurant ! Very good service. Restaurant is not big but I like this small and cozy place . I think will be perfect for those who wants to have a private party .

Oyster were best that I have tried in hong kong, steaks were of very high quality, great service provided by Chris and his team. I like the cozy atmosphere, good for gathering with friend. Good value for money! I will definitely go again soon.
